Position:– Service Engineer (Bio-Medical Equipments) (On Third-party Payroll position)

Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Medi-Electronics / BioMedical

Job description:

  • Experience in Laboratory Diagnostics as they have to work on cell counter, biochemistry and immunoassay instruments.
  • To carry out the installation of Diagnostics system and to do repair and preventive maintenance of system post installation.
  •  To take necessary corrective action on the breakdown calls being attended in stipulated timeline.
  •  To follow the service process and good documentation practices.
  •  To manage the local boot inventory of spare for the highly demanded customer.
  •  This role involved field travel and fixing customer issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers or clients to understand their issues and provide solutions.
  •  Respond to service calls or requests in a timely manner.
  •  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  •  Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
