Position: Procurement Buyer (On Third-Party Payroll position).
Location: DLF, Gurgaon
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2-5 years
Knowledge and Experience:
- Should have experience in Procurement/ SCM/ Sourcing Supplier management. Communication skills.
Description:
- Support Project procurement head on day-to-day operational procurement activities ( Strategic and tactical buying).
- Assisting in Floating RfQ/RfP to suppliers.
- Follow-up with vendors for quotations / data sheet/ technical compliance etc.
- Make first cut comparison sheet for evaluation and QES inputs creation.
- Initiate vendor on boarding request to create vendor codes.
- Expedite delivery of LBO in case of delay or project urgencies & assist PM.
- Support in updating MIS, Project procurement tracker.
- Support in follow up and coordination with internal stake holder.
Employment Type: Contractual for 1 year & can be extendable
