Job Description:
- Position/Grade Off Roll.
- Academic Qualification BCA, Diploma, BE, B Tech, Graduate from reputed university or equivalent.
- Relevant experience · Should be familiar with DWDM Optical Communication & TX · Minimum 2-5 years of telecom experience in Supporting Core DWDM & IP equipment · Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing. · Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena · Sound understanding of Telecom technology & Services. · Well Versed in Data Centre environment & Understanding of Service Delivery of High BW customers. · Materials & Inventory Management basis.
- Core Competencies · Execution of commands as per the NOC & remote guidance · Basic remote troubleshooting or onsite technical activities such as, hardware replacement, coordination with NOC, Vendors & Service providers · Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management · 2 -5 years of work experience with System Integration & Managed Services, Quality Audit and AT · Having knowledge in areas of DWDM , Transmission , Basic Knowledge of Fibre OLT, ONT Routers, catalyst Switches , IP network · Preventive Maintenance of Site for active elements · Transport of Spares when replacement is required · Should be able to manage team of 2-4 engineers.
