Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location : Gurgaon
Qualifications: Bachelor in engineering or any graduate / MBA in HR is preferred
Experience: 8- 10 years in core TA
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, including senior-level positions in functions such as Core Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent from various channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform sourcing strategies and ensure the company's ability to attract the best candidates.
- Leverage data and analytics to track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and diversity hiring ratios.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes and implement innovative, cost-efficient sourcing models to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline, ensuring a swift and efficient hiring process while maintaining a focus on quality and fit. .
Skills and Competencies:
- 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering domain (NOT IT/Software Development).
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Proficient in managing recruitment-related MIS, data analysis, and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional sourcing skills, with the ability to leverage various channels and techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Strong market mapping capabilities, enabling the identification of target companies and industries for sourcing.
- Demonstrated success in implementing cost-efficient, direct sourcing models to drive diversity hiring initiatives.
- Experience in managing a high-volume recruitment pipeline (25-30 roles at any given time) with a focus on speed and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
CTC: 10-12 L PA
Employment type: Contractual for 1 year and extendable
