Position: Creo Design Engineer (On Third-party payroll position)
Location: Chennai / Gurgaon
Experience: 2 years of experience in piping design and modeling using PTC Creo.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Creo Piping and related modules.
- Strong understanding of piping design standards (ASME, ANSI, etc.) and industry regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description:
- Design and model piping systems and components using PTC Creo.
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications for piping layouts.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical support during the manufacturing process.
- Perform stress analysis and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure accurate and clear specifications.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to piping design.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus.
- Familiarity with PLM software and design documentation management.
- Knowledge of materials and fabrication processes related to piping systems.
