- Receive, prioritize, and resolve SuccessFactors or PeopleStrong-related tickets within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Interact with end-users to gather detailed information about reported issues.
- Investigate and analyze issues reported by users, identifying root causes.
- Provide clear and concise instructions and guidance to users for issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Document ticket resolutions, workarounds, and best practices for future reference.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles to assist users in self-service issue resolution.
