Job Role:-
· Network Deployment & ConfigurationConfigure and deploy network hardware and services Routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN, DDI.
· Validate configurations and ensure production readiness.
· Operational Stability & Monitoring Own operations ensuring High availability and uptime.
· Performance monitoring and threshold management Proactively identify and resolve network issue.
· Incident & Escalation Management Act as L2/L3 escalation point for critical incidents Troubleshoot complex network issues across:
· Root Cause Analysis & Problem Managemen Perform RCA for major incidents Drive permanent fixes and analyse repeat incidents.
· Maintain problem records and track remediation actions.
· Change & Governanct Implement network changes via change management Carry out Impact analysis, rollback planning, Compliance with governance standards.
· Automation & Standardization Contribute to automation initiatives like Configuration standardization & Script-based deployments Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
· Cross-Team Collaboration Work with Product and architecture teams, Security teams, Service management.
· OEM & Vendor/partner collaboration.
