- It is the responsibility of L2 Engineer to handle customer escalations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving any issue that affects the availability and quality of content served from global network.
- You will employ investigative and troubleshooting skills to identify, isolate, and resolve routine issues.
- You will work cross functionally with multiple technical teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- An ideal candidate will be team-oriented and have very strong technical, communication, and organizational skills within a fast-paced and exciting environment.
- Hands-on experience in a service-oriented organization, preferably within Linux operations center environment.
- Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being creative and flexible, with a strong work ethic and enjoy solving technical issues along with strong Linux knowledge.
