Job Description:

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3years working experience in the Telecom sector.
  • Good communication skills, as he/she will be front ending the Customer Success team and will have discussions with the CUSTOMER projects.
  • Will be responsible to interact with customers for renewal enablement & tracking quotes shared with the customer until final closure.
  • Should have a good Working experience & Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Candidate will be responsible to maintain a close view of Business hygiene and own mentioned activities such as monthly revenue retention & erosion , SLA and Uptime, MACD, HFR, SDHOLD / SDWIP, Opportunity management etc.
  • Will be responsible for discussing with customer endpoints to get PO & other documents cleared.
  • Will be responsible for Co-ordination & follow up with internal process teams for Client Order management, Renewals Enablement, Reconciliation & Validation.
  • Responsible for handling system termination processing & related activities.
  • Will be responsible for Co-ordination with Cross Functional Teams for administrative enablement of Order closures.

Salary Budget: - 3.5 LPA
