Position: Operations Project Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Qualification: BE / Btech - Electrical
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor end-to-end execution of customer orders across RFQ, engineering, procurement, production, testing, and dispatch stages.
• Track order progress against committed delivery timelines and highlight deviations or delays.
• Maintain structured tracking of key order execution milestones across operational functions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Identify potential risks related to engineering release, material availability, or production constraints and escalate proactively.
• Consolidate order execution status and provide periodic operational progress updates to leadership.
• Monitor backlog orders and support recovery planning to improve delivery performance.
• Maintain structured tracking mechanisms for order execution status and operational metrics
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of operational data used for reporting and performance monitoring.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve operational bottlenecks impacting delivery timelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance coordination across operational teams.
• Collaborate with digitalization teams to enable improved visibility and reporting of order execution progress.
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong understanding of manufacturing order lifecycle and project execution.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to monitor multiple projects/orders simultaneously and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on delivery performance and operational efficiency.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP for order and material tracking.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and escalation management capabilities.
• Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and operational performance monitoring.
