Job Description:
- HRSSC Expected Date of Joining: ASAP Type of employment.
- Contract Roles and Responsibilities.
- Providing the solution to the employee’s queries related to HR policies and process via calls, emails, and tickets with accuracy on timely manner.
- Records the inquiries, requests, communicates resolutions, and updates cases using case management tools.
- Utilizes knowledgebase tool to provide consistent answers to employees.
- As required, escalates cases to appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Center of Excellence (COE) if functional expertise is required.
- Ensures timely and accurate data entry and corrections of HR transactions into systems.
- Identify, navigate, research, and troubleshoot HR transactional processes related to multiple HR based applications and associated systems
- Retain ownership of assigned cases until closure with end user.
- Preparing and issuing the requested documents basis the employees’ and business request.
- Coordinating with the different internal stakeholders, COEs, RHR, BU HR to process the requests of the employees.
- Meet daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, and achieve all service, productivity, and quality objectives.
- Update and maintain knowledgebase FAQs, solutions and troubleshooting guides.
- Engages in continuous process improvement activities and programs.
- Participates in key projects within the department as assigned Skills Needed.
