Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of the end‑to‑end Event Management process, including event‑based agreements, FMV calculation, and Veeva/BizReady workflows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure unified delivery.
- Oversee UCPMP and SOP compliance across all event stages.
- Drive adoption and change management through communications, training, and on-demand support.
- Track KPIs such as event throughput, rejection rates, closure delays, and reconciliation accuracy.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and governance.
- Manage a team of 4 people and also independently execute part of the process.
