Location : Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh

Positions: Sr. Technician / Technician

Education: Diploma in Electrical / ITI Electrician

Experience: 2 to 5 yrs

Requirements:

•  Should have minimum 2/5 years’ experience preferably in Steel Industry/Process plant.
•  Diploma with 3 years OR ITI-NCVT with 2-5 years.
•  Preferably with valid wiremen License.

Job Requirements:

•  Perform daily / monthly / annual maintenance of Cranes up to 400 ton.
•  Should have the ability repair & maintain of Festoon trolley/ drag chain system and all.
•  connected items including the cables on the trolley, Maintenance of I-Beam of festoon.
•  trolley including the straightening, rectification, and replacement.
•  Should be able to perform Repair / Replacement of Master controllers / Dead man.
•  switches, limit switches. Ensuring healthiness of all safety devices on cranes like Horn,
•  Hoist rotary limit switch, Hoist gravity limit switch, Travel limits, Crane anti-collision limits etc.
• Should be able to perform Repairs / Replacement of floor operation push button pendant. including push buttons.
•  Should be able to perform Maintenance of UPS and batteries.
•  Should be able to perform functionality checks of Encoders and replacement if required.
•  Should be able to perform overhauling & maintenance work of LT motors up to 600kW.
•  Should have basic knowledge of Electrical control wiring and automation systems.
•  Should have basic knowledge of VFD/Soft starters and their application.
•  Should have an ability to identify and troubleshoot the malfunctions, replacing parts and components.
•  Should be familiar with safety procedures while carrying out electrical work.
•  Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relationship with Team members and Client members.
•  Updating preventive Maintenance checklists of electrical equipment’s
