Job Role:-

·        Support the Sales Team / Customer for handling RFQs for HV Motors and Basic Drives.

·        Work with the engineering Team to get technical offer details and understand specification points.

·        Assist in taking AGT quotations from International Product Quotation Centre.

·        Help in basic segregation of RFQs based on difficulty level.

·        Support in preparing Comments & Deviations for customer specifications (with guidance).

·        Assist in preparing and submitting techno-commercial offers to Sales Team.

·        Support senior team members during technical product presentations to Consultants, EPC, OEM, and EU customers.

·        Learn costing preparation, evaluation of bought-out items, and basic project management tasks.

·        Assist Sales Team in order acquisition activities and preparing technical presentation material.

·        Help in order booking coordination with the Finance team (technical & price clarity, order confirmation).

·        Support post-order engineering document checking and submission.

·        Work on customer comment resolution after order and support technical clearance before manufacturing.

·        Coordinate with Production, Design, and Testing Teams for HV Motor proposal and order execution.

·        Follow up and share periodic updates on manufacturing progress with Sales Team.Assist in inspection planning and coordination with Motor test center and customer for inspection

Salary Budget: - 3 Lpa
