Job Description:
- Create, manage, and track Purchase Orders (POs), requisitions, and invoice
- Coordinate with project teams for material code creation and PO release
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers
- Act as primary point of contact for vendor queries
- Coordinate material deliverie
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with departments to define material requirements
- Weekly reconciliation of physical vs. system (Oracle) inventory
- Speed up unbilled inventory and match materials (especially fabrication items)
- Collaborate with HO and project execution teams
- Create daily manpower availability reports and identify gaps
- Coordinate manpower deployment with subcontractors
- Weekly reporting on manpower challenges and improvements
- Support billing and client invoicing (TNEB)
- Coordinate with stakeholders for ERP/system-related issues
- Escalate hindrances affecting billing targets
- Maintain organized records of contracts, documents, and communication
- Keep vendor documentation and contracts updated
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies
