 Job Role:-

·   Coordinate and manage end-to-end training programs in collaboration with the Learning & Development team.

·   Communicate training schedules and send invitations to participants in a timely manner.

·    Organize training logistics including booking training rooms, arranging refreshments, and ensuring all resources are in place..

·     Prepare training materials and support documentation for sessions and meetings.

·    Arrange training venues (both classroom and on-site), instructors, materials, and necessary equipment.

·   Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with training schedules and course information.

·    Respond to internal and external queries related to training programs via phone, email, or other channels.

·   Track attendance and maintain accurate records of training sessions.

·   Update, consolidate, and manage learning data, MIS reports, and training dashboards.

  • Ensure adherence to training schedules and support overall program effectiveness. 

 

Salary Budget: 3 Lpa.
