Job Description :
- The Team Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective communication, and efficient workflow.
- The role involves managing schedules, handling documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting in various operational and project-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for meetings.
Office & Documentation Management:
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Support procurement of office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.
Team Coordination:
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication between departments and team members.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and ensuring they have required resources.
Travel and Logistics Support:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transportation).
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
- Process travel expense claims and reimbursements accurately and on time.
Event & Meeting Support:
- Coordinate logistics for team events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Arrange catering, venue booking, and technical support when required.

Requirements:

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
