Position: Instructional Designer – Expert in Interactive and Gamified eLearning (On Third-party payroll position)

Location: Marthahalli, Bangalore

Experience:

• · 4-5 years of proven experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or a related role.
• · Strong background in gamification, interactive learning design, and immersive technologies like AR/VR/Metaverse. Technical Proficiency.
• · Advanced proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Suite, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud).
• · Hands-on experience with LMS integration and troubleshooting.
• · Consulting & Communication Skills.

Job Role:

• Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Instructional Designer with expertise in developing interactive and gamified eLearning content for employee upskilling and reskilling.

Job Description:

Needs Analysis & Consultation:

• · Conduct in-depth learning needs analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend effective eLearning strategies.
• · Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and align content with business goals.
• · Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating confidence, command over English, and exceptional consulting skills during discussions.

Content Design & Development:

• · Design and develop innovative, gamified, and interactive eLearning content, ensuring high engagement and retention.
• · Create immersive learning experiences using emerging technologies such as AR/VR, simulations, and scenario-based learning.
• · Craft visually compelling graphics and multimedia elements to enhance learning modules.

Technical Expertise:

• · Utilize a range of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond) and immersive technologies.
• · Integrate eLearning content into LMS platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• · Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in instructional design and immersive learning.

Project Ownership & Delivery:

• · Manage the end-to-end eLearning development process, including storyboarding, prototyping, development, testing, and deployment.
• · Adapt quickly to changing project needs, demonstrating agility and flexibility in managing timelines and priorities.

Evaluation & Improvement:

• · Assess the effectiveness of learning solutions through analytics and feedback, iterating designs as needed to improve outcomes.
