Job Description:-
- Maintain daily activities routines and Providing 24/7 shift support for an IT operations
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, or phone calls to assist end-users with technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
- Install and update software applications, including operating systems, productivity tools, and custom applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors, hardware malfunctions, or software conflicts
- Assist users with network issues, including wireless and wired connectivity, VPN access, and printer connections.
- Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same
- Technical Skills – Familiarity with desktop hardware components and peripherals
- Experience with common software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, anti-virus software)
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.Communication & Customer Service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated or confused users
Qualification:- BCA, Diploma,Graduate from reputed university or equivalent
