Position:– Customer Support Engineer

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2-3 yrs

Experience in Railway Electric locomotive or Troubleshooting the Electrical panel and Electronics units.
Qualification: Bachelor in (Electrical & Electronics engineering)/ Diploma in (Electrical & Electronics ).

Experience &Skills:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Railway Electric locomotive projects.
Troubleshooting the Electrical panel and Electronics units.
Software uploading and downloading.
Data analyses.
Understanding of Electrical schematic.
Prepare for Corrective maintenance activities.
Basic command of the English language and good communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and to time constraints.
Positive thinking and a good attitude to work.

Job description:

Assist in corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.
Respond to customer complaints. Support evaluation and resolution of problems of the customer.
Assists in installing the equipment. Assist in analyzing and review of findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer requirements.
Works alongside technical sales engineers; offers customer training for the product; repairs, tests and maintains equipment.
Monitors performance of the product.
Maintains product manuals.
Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
Develops and maintains relations with customers.

Employment Type: Contractual for 1 year and can be extendable.
