Job Role:

  • PC/Laptop maintenance.
  • Microsoft outlook.
  • Antivirus installation and management.
  • Remote installation, group policies, installing printer.
  • LAN/WAN maintenance.
  • M365/O365 basic troubleshooting.
  • Opening and closing trouble tickets.
  • User permission and group policy administration.
  • Vendor coordination for laptop/ PC related issues.
  • Take remoted desk of End User, perform basic trouble shooting basis SOP and identify issue in the system/Network or OEM.
  • Basic troubleshooting of WiFi related issues.
  • Have basic understanding of IT Environment, M365/O365 products, Network.
  • Answer customer trouble calls and communicate status.
  • Co-ordinate with Provider’s Service Desk and provide MTTR update and collect RCA.
  • Prompt escalation of issues to Level 2.
  • Maintain history of problems and solutions.
  • Real time LAN Network monitoring (AP, SWC)
  • Co-ordinate with Provider’s Desk for Repeat Issues and requesting for Fix.

Salary Budget: 28,000 per month
