Position:– Soft Skills Programme Strategist & Functional Support Lead (on Thirdparty Payroll position).

Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in Soft Skills Learning, Behavioral Training, or L&OD program management.
Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Psychology / Educational Psychology / HR / Business Administration (e.g., M.Sc. Psychology, M.Sc. Educational Psychology, MBA with specialization in HR or Learning & Development).

Skills :
- Proven track record in outsourcing and managing external training vendors.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring training coordinators / learning operations teams.

Role Purpose:
- To design, drive, and operationalize the soft skills learning strategy across the organization by partnering with business leaders, functional teams, and external training partners.
- The role will also lead and coach a team of Training Coordinators to ensure effective execution, seamless learner.

Job Description:
1. Strategy & Design:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Soft Skills Learning Strategy aligned with organizational competency frameworks and future capability needs.
- Identify behavioral, managerial, and leadership skill gaps through stakeholder consultations, performance data, and feedback channels.
- Design scalable and blended learning journeys (workshops, microlearning, action learning.
- projects, etc.) to foster behavioral transformation.
- Evaluate effectiveness and impact through metrics and dashboards, recommending
- continuous improvements.
2. Program Management & Outsourcing:
• Manage end-to-end soft skills program lifecycle – from need identification, budgeting,
vendor selection, contracting, delivery, and post-program feedback.
• Liaise with external vendors and training partners for content curation, delivery quality,
and facilitator readiness.
• Drive vendor evaluation, rate negotiation, and ensure compliance with organizational
procurement and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal trainers and SMEs to co-create contextualized learning experiences.
3. People & Functional Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of Training Coordinators responsible for session scheduling,
nominations, reporting, and learner communication.
• Build operational excellence through standard processes, checklists, and continuous
coaching for the coordinator group.
• Coordinate cross-functional support with HRBPs, Segment SPOCs, and L&D business
partners to ensure smooth delivery.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Partner with Business Leaders and P&O teams to identify emerging behavioral capability
needs.
• Represent the Soft Skills function in internal governance meetings, audits, and reviews.
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership reviews on participation, effectiveness, and ROI
