Job Description-
- · Should be familiar with TX, DWDM Optical Communication.
- · Having knowledge of Fibre O&M.
- · Having knowledge of FRT team handling.
- · 2- 3 years of telecom experience in Supporting Core DWDM & IP equipment.
- · Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing.(LSPM and Ethernet tester).
- · Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena.
- · Sound understanding of Telecom technology & Services.
- · Able to Handle & drive teams of engineers in METRO Cities environment & DATA centres.
- · Experience in Managed services operations (Telecomm operation).
- Basic Knowledge of Fibre operations.
- · Execution of commands as per the NOC & remote guidance.
- · Basic remote troubleshooting or onsite technical activities such as, hardware. replacement, coordination with NOC, Vendors & Service providers.
- · Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management.
- · 2-3 years of work experience with System Integration & Managed Services, Quality Audit and AT
- · Having knowledge in areas of
- DWDM , FIBRE ,OLT,ONT ,Routers, Catalyst switches
- · Preventive Maintenance of Site for active elements & PP clearance
- Transport of Spares when replacement is required
Education: Diploma, BE, B Tech from reputed university or equivalent
Salary Budget: - 25K
