About Client: -Client is in to FMCG Beverage sector in to Energy drink. Looking for a Dynamic Sales force. To develop a portfolio of General Trade outlets, Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Alternate channel outlets Impulse accounts in a given geographical area through the implementation of agreed merchandising standards, take orders and ensure required perfect execution of defined store standards.

Experience: - 1-3yrs

Job Responsibilities:

· Coverage of defined database. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory.

· Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. The administration and development of designated area.

· Build great relationships in every call by providing first class customers service so all opportunities can be exploited.

· Availability – Influence orders to ensure SKUs are in stock and on display at all times.

· Ensure that stock levels necessary to ensure continuous availability of products to the consumer in all covered outlets are maintained at all times.

· Implementation of Perfect Store standards.

· Secure and (and where possible, improve) the agreed in-store presence.

· Placement of POS – ensure POS is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets visited.

· Promotional Compliance – ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.

· Administration – complete all necessary admin monthly on time and accurately.

· Implementation of Dealer card in the market

Salary Budget: - Up to 2.7Lacs Per annum

Designation: - Sales Executive / Sales representative / Striker

Location: - Hyderabad

Employment Type: - Contractual for 1 year & renewal thereafter.
