Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Assist in overall operational activities, ensuring smooth workflows for business in the area of business excellence and quality management topics.
Perform data analysis to identify trends for improvements.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
Drive and participate in initiatives that enhance quality and operational performance.

Must have Skills

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to manage data, reports, and presentations.
Good learning ability with a proactive attitude to take on tasks with minimal instructions.
Data analysis expertise for insights and performance tracking.
Ability to manage and work alongside senior stakeholders.
Familiar with data analysis tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Good to have Skills:

Familiarity with business excellence frameworks.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose process improvements.
Exposure to quality management tools and techniques.
