Job Role:

  • Responsible for managing the Travel Desk for the organization
  • Taking requirements from business related to travel and servicing them within the agreed timelines
  • Co-ordinating with travel partners to ensure on-time booking of flights, cars and hotels within stipulated budgets
  • Ensure partner invoices are correctly raised and cleared with the Finance team within agreed timelines
  • Responding to employee’s travel related queries.
