Job Role:-

Customer lead generation.

  • Visiting customers and various transport hubs/cluster generating and publishing the potential sales lead classifying them as hot/warm/cold basis conversion time, customer need/wants.
  • Conduct joint visits to market with franchisee/  representatives, carry out various fleet related marketing activities and coordinate in on ground activation.

Customer conversion.

  • Tracking customer churn and retention, conversion of customer currently fueling through competition in the trading area.

Market intelligence, market benchmarking.

  • Track various competition offerings, and benchmark it with respect to compnay for a particular trading area.

Secondary sales increment through FP program.

  • Monitor and track sales increment through FP program for the territory assigned.

Document collection, customer handholding and service.

  • Collect and maintain various documents for fleet from customer /retail outlets to handhold and train customer in using fleet plus program to be the first line of response in case of any fleet plus related query, should be able to analyze, resolve and instill basic hygiene of program usage to customer.

Achieve volume and customer onboarding target (monthly/weekly).

  • To achieve monthly weekly volume and customer onboarding targets assigned to territory.

KPI

  • New customer acquisition.
  • Lead generation/cold calling /customer visits.
  • Volume increment through active customers.
  • Volume increment through new customers

SKILLS

  • Sales and Negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of transport and fleet operations/geography.
  • Should have basic know how of MS office, basic excel(filter/formula/pivot)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, versed in vernacular language.
  • Team players should be able to do interdepartmental coordination.

PREFERENCE

  • Working as a direct sales agent in lubricant/tire/existing competition fleet program.

Qualification

  • Diploma/Graduation any stream

Pre-requisites

Should own

  • Valid DL(2w)
  • Should be able to send basic MIS through a computing device.
  • Android smartphone

Qualifiers

  • No incentive and compensation would be paid if found the volume is achieved through fraudulent means/conversion/collusion.
  • No incentive would be paid for related party transporters volume.

Salary Budget: - Up to 16000K NTH  PM + PF + ESIC
