Position:– Team Lead/ Service Manager (On Third-party Payroll position)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Four to Five years and above experience of Service delivery, Datacenter management & operations.

Qualification:

  • · Graduate from any stream or Diploma/ Degree.
  • · Microsoft Certification/ CCNA /Any Cloud certification.
  • · ITIL V.3 and above

Responsibilities:

• Good Communication Skill.

• Shall be a good team player and must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, storage and backup technology.

• Basic Knowledge in Cloud product like VMware VRA , Linux OpenShift , Azure.

• Basic Knowledge of Network.

• Responsible to handle & prepare the RCA for Business outage.

• Responsible to handle the business escalation and provide the solutions to critical issues.

• Planning and get the Implementation done of Change Request & Infrastructure Project.

• Participant in CR meetings with support partners and business /requestor and planning for implementation

• Responsible to prepare Infrastructure Capacity & dashboard.

• Responsible for stakeholder management.
