Job Role:
- Responsible for on time processing of Invoices & timely payment of PO & Non-PO based invoices in 5/4 HANACO.
- Ensuring Tax compliance which includes correct TDS deduction, GST accounting and other tax related
compliance. - Accuracy in processing which includes proper 3 Way Match, checking of PO terms and conditions with milestone payments, retention & others.
- TO ensure adherence to various internal policies and prevailing statutory/regulatory compliances.
- Adhering to workflow, completing assigned tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding Of 3-way match.
- Understanding Of PO Terms and Conditions with. Milestone payments, retention, bank guarantee applicability etc.
- B.Com or any equivalent graduation with Commerce background having 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
- SAP Knowledge is must.
