Job Description:
- Vendor Management – AMC Finalization, AMC Execution, Performance Review, Billing,
- Operations Management – Monitoring of Monthly Preventive Maintenance Activities, Ensure 100% Compliance, Monthly PM report generation and closure of the punch points reported during PM.
- Periodic Review/Audit of the performance of the Infra Assets based on the Loading.
- PR/PO Creation in SAP.
- Material Management.
- Periodic Review Calls with Stakeholders and Vendors.
- Coordination calls with Field and cross functional teams.
- Managing R&M Activities and Budget Tracking
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
