Role : Sr. Technician/Technician – Customer Services.

Job Description 

•  Perform daily / monthly / annual maintenance of MV & LV switchgears , MV/LV circuit
• breakers, APFC panels, RTPFC panels, Battery chargers and battery banks.
•  Should be able to perform maintenance work of HT & LT motors & MOV’s
•  Should have basic knowledge of Electrical control wiring and automation systems.
•  Should have experience in working on Heat tracer system.
•  Should have basic knowledge of VFD/Soft starters and their application.
•  Should have an ability to identify and troubleshoot the malfunctions, replacing parts and components.
•  Should have experience of handling shift activities, Operation of DG & Gas Turbines, AHU,etc.
•  Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed.
•  Creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.
• Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction.
•  Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed.
•  Should be familiar with safety procedures while carrying out electrical work.
•  Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relationship with Team members and Client members.
•  Updating preventive Maintenance checklists of electrical equipment’s.

Requirements :

•  You should have minimum 3years ‘experience preferably in Refinery, Petrochemical,Fertilizer Industry/Process plant.
• ITI Electrical with 5years & Diploma with 3yrs. Experience,
•  Preferably with valid wiremen License.
