Job Description :

  • The TMA Pro is expected to approach all Project counter and project sales team to generate leads and provide on–site demo of Graco range and pressure washer range.
  • The TMA pro needs to communicate the pitch points of the mechanized tools Vs traditional  tools as taught in training.Also, the rollers/brushes Vs Airless sprayers.
  • The TMA pro is expected to follow up with contractors who have had trials and ensure their conversion.In case trials do not convert to sale, detailed explanation to be documented.
  • The TMA pro needs to distribute & explain product collaterals on site, and communicate schemes wherever applicable.In case the trials in a customer site, the TMA pro also needs to explain the benefits of mechanization to the end customer and reasons for adoption of mechanization.
  • The TMA pro is expected to ensure contractor/ customer satisfaction through its service quality.
  • The TMA pro is expected to do minimum 10 unique* trials in a month and conversation ratio as per IC of the month.
